Never Stop Progressing!

After 50, we lose strength, balance and flexibiity.  This process can be reversed, but it takes commitment, training,, and support.  All of those medals and records were won after I turned 65.  If you are interested in just being healthier, recapturing your youth, or testing yourself to see how much you can lift and how far you can go, I can help.

I am also a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine.  In addition, I have additional certifications through them for working with Older Adults and High Intensity Interval Training.
